目的:建立HPLC法测定胃康舒片中人参皂苷Rg1和三七皂苷R1的含量。方法:色谱柱Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-水(24∶76),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温室温,检测波长203 nm,进样量10μL。结果:胃康舒片中人参皂苷Rg1和三七皂苷R1分别在3.312~165.6μg/mL、2.768~138.4μg/mL范围内与相应峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为100.93%、99.01%,RSD分别为2.92%、2.21%(n=6)。结论:该方法专属性好、快速、准确,可同时测定胃康舒片中人参皂苷Rg1和三七皂苷R1的含量。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 in Weikang Shu tablets. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (24:76) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min. The column temperature was set at 203 nm and the injection volume was 10 μL. Results: Ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 in Weikangshu tablets showed a good linear relationship with the corresponding peak area in the range of 3.312 ~ 165.6μg / mL and 2.768 ~ 138.4μg / mL, respectively. The average recoveries of ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 were 100.93% , 99.01% with RSD of 2.92% and 2.21% respectively (n = 6). Conclusion: This method is specific, rapid and accurate. It can simultaneously determine the content of ginsenoside Rg1 and notoginsenoside R1 in Weikangshu Tablets.
