患者李××,男性,46岁。1982年8月13日午睡时,其6岁男孩将一枚3号缝针塞入他的左鼻腔,惊恐之下将针吸入鼻咽部。患者感觉鼻腔后部有异物而急诊入院。检查:左侧鼻腔未发现异物,用间接鼻咽镜可见鼻咽部左侧有一缝针斜置。术者即用眼科磁铁吸引器以感应鼻咽镜,然后将镜头部伸入悬雍垂,顺利吸出了鼻咽部缝针。体会:如鼻咽异物向下掉入呼吸道或消化道,有可能引起严重并发症,应迅速安全取出。应用磁铁吸引器吸出鼻咽部金属异物,方法简便、有效,无痛苦,不失为有效方法之一。
