为探索效果更佳的表皮细胞培养与移植的方法,我们建立了以纤维结合蛋白(FN)为底物的培养人表皮细胞的模式。对FN浓度及表皮细胞接种量的影响进行了研究。结果 表明此培养系统具有效果佳、简便易行等优点,值得临床试用。报告4例用此法培养的表皮细胞膜片行自体烧伤创面回植,其中有2例膜片存活并生长成复层鳞状表皮。
To explore a more effective method of epidermal cell culture and transplantation, we established a mode of culturing human epidermal cells using fibronectin (FN) as a substrate. The effect of FN concentration and epidermal cell inoculation was studied. The results showed that this culture system has the advantages of good effect, simple and easy to use, worthy of clinical trial. The report of 4 cases of epidermal cell membrane cultured with this method autologous burn wounds back to transplantation, of which 2 cases survive and grow into stratified squamous epidermis.
