目的：不经分离直接测定氧氟沙星和氢化可的松的含量。方法：采用褶合光谱法。结果：二组分的回收率和ＲＳＤ分别为１００２４％，０６８％；１０００９％，０６１％。结论：本法结果可靠、准确，适于该耳液的含量测定。 OBJECTIVE: The direct determination of ofloxacin and hydrocortisone without isolation. Methods: Convolution spectrometry. Results: The recoveries and RSDs of two components were 10024%, 068%, 10009% and 061% respectively. Conclusion: The results of this method are reliable and accurate, suitable for the determination of the ear fluid.
