本文阐述了研制两种300安带尖峰的低频脉冲钨极氩孤焊设备,成功地解决了小直径管子等许多产品的单面焊双面成型的工艺问题。分析了改善磁放大器电磁惯性的方法,克服了引弧冲击问题;所用磁放大器的两种线路,均能满足低频脉冲焊接的工艺要求;用普通元件作成简单的带尖峰脉冲发生器;并采用简便的电网波动补偿方案。焊机性能良好、简单可靠、易造好修,重量较轻。能不开坡口焊透1—5毫米不锈钢和低碳钢板(厚板可开坡口对接)。该设备已用于2—3.5毫米厚的管道全位置焊接生产及17毫米不锈钢压力容器的环缝封底焊。也可以转换成普通直流氩弧焊机使用。
This article describes the development of two 300-amp spikes with low-frequency pulsed tungsten-argon arc welding equipment, successfully solved the small-diameter pipe and many other products, single-sided welding double-sided molding process. The method to improve the electromagnetic inertia of the magnetic amplifier is analyzed and the arc striking problem is overcome. Both the circuits of the magnetic amplifier used can meet the technical requirements of the low frequency pulse welding. The ordinary components are used to make the simple pulse generator with spikes. Of the grid fluctuation compensation program. Welder performance is good, simple and reliable, easy to make good repair, lighter weight. 1-5mm stainless steel and can not penetrate the groove through the low-carbon steel plate (plate can be groove docking). The device has been used for 2-3.5 mm thick pipe full position welding production and 17 mm stainless steel pressure vessel ring seam back welding. Can also be converted into ordinary DC TIG welder use.
