高职院校的建筑人才培养与就业的研究,关系到确定高职教育建筑专业的课程体系的教学计划、建筑行业的就业岗位、建筑人才的培养目标等。为适应新兴工业化社会发展背景下的生产、建设、服务与管理方面的人才需求,一方面要促进建筑施工技术知识的基本职业能力的提高;另一方面要培养学生在就业岗位上的良好职业素养。通过对高职院校建筑人才的培养与就业的一体化研究的作用进行分析,研讨培养理论与实践相结合的高素质建筑技术管理人才的有效策略,有助于实现高职院校早就建筑企业“精施工、会管理、懂设计、通经济”的全方面发展的高等技术应用型专业人才的培养目标。
The research on the training and employment of construction personnel in higher vocational colleges is related to the teaching plan to determine the curriculum system of higher vocational education and construction, the employment in the construction industry, and the training objectives of construction personnel.
