一 这次大会主要解决了我国卫生事业改革与发展的大政方针问题,概括起来主要有以下几点: (一)指出了卫生事业在我国经济社会发展中的重要地位和作用。 (二) 明确了我国卫生事业的性质和卫生工作的方针,强调卫生机构必须坚持为人民服务的宗旨,正确处理社会效益和经济效益的关系。
1 This conference mainly addressed the major policy issues of the reform and development of China’s health care industry. The following points are summarized: (1) The importance and role of the health undertaking in China’s economic and social development have been pointed out. (2) The nature of health services in China and the guidelines for health work have been clarified, emphasizing that health agencies must adhere to the purpose of serving the people and correctly handle the relationship between social and economic benefits.
