如何进一步完善和发挥村卫生室的功能和作用,更好地推动农村卫生工作和计划生育工作,是当前形势下一个值得研究的课题。自1994年年初开始,江宁县方山乡13个行政村全部实行村卫生室与村计划生育服务室“合一”服务(简称二室合一)。实施2年多来已取得很大成效。经县卫生局考核验收全乡13个村卫生室全部达到甲级标准,集体办医率为100％;1995年全乡育龄妇女5158人,计划生育率达100％,人口出生率为10.4‰,人口自然增长率为4.2‰。县政府授
How to further improve and bring into play the function and role of the village clinics and better promote rural health work and family planning work is a topic worth studying under the current situation. Since the beginning of 1994, the 13 administrative villages in Fangshan Township, Jiangning County have all implemented the “combined services” between the village clinic and the village family planning service room (herein referred to as “two rooms”). Implementation has achieved great results in more than two years. The County Health Bureau examined and accepted all the 13 village clinics in the township and they all met Grade A standards.
