目的探索青年学生运动血压和心率反应及其影响因素。方法对66位青年学生运动前后的血压和心率进行测量,运动形式为9min步行900m。结果运动休息后SBP低于运动前及运动中SBP,运动中HR高于运动前及运动休息后。女性、常运动、低BMI、无家族史是运动血压的正相关因素,男性、常运动及低BMI是运动心率反应的正相关因素。结论运动可致青年学生运动血压和心率升高,可通过经常运动、控制体重等减轻反应强度,早期预防高血压。
Objective To explore the blood pressure and heart rate response of young students and their influencing factors. Methods The blood pressure and heart rate of 66 young students before and after exercise were measured. The exercise pattern was 900m in 9min walk. Results After exercise, SBP was lower than that before exercise and during exercise, HR in exercise was higher than before exercise and after exercise rest. Women, regular exercise, low BMI and no family history were the positive related factors of exercise blood pressure. Male, regular exercise and low BMI were positively correlated with exercise heart rate. Conclusions Exercise can cause young students to exercise blood pressure and heart rate increase, which can reduce the reaction intensity through regular exercise and weight control, and prevent early hypertension.
