半个世纪前,曾经有一大批苏联专家活跃在中国社会主义建设的各条战线上。苏联专家在中国的待遇怎样呢?围绕这个问题中苏之间曾出现过怎样的外交风波?笔者从外交部最新解密的文件中发现了很多详细的材料。
Half a century ago, there were a large number of Soviet experts active in the various fronts of China’s socialist construction. What is the treatment of Soviet experts in China? What kind of diplomatic turmoil has emerged between China and the Soviet Union over this issue? The author has found a lot of detailed materials from the documents newly decrypted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
