介绍了初级监督队伍整体情况及培训特点,针对当前初级监督培训过程中的问题,提出进一步做好初级监督培训工作的相关建议,以提高油田公司监督队伍整体水平。通过培训,提高了学员的知识和技能,增强了沟通意识和主动性,强化了监督队伍的从业责任心,为油田公司打造了一批素质过硬、经验丰富、责任心强的监督从业队伍,为监督管理工作的可持续发展及勘探与生产工程质量和安全生产提供坚实保障。
This paper introduces the overall situation and training features of the junior supervision team. In view of the problems in the current primary supervision and training process, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to do a better job of primary supervision and training in order to improve the overall supervision level of oilfield companies. Through training, the trainees’ knowledge and skills have been enhanced, the awareness and initiative of communication have been enhanced, the sense of responsibility of the supervisory team has been strengthened, and a group of supervisory practitioners with excellent quality, rich experience and strong sense of responsibility have been established for oilfield companies. Supervision and management of sustainable development and exploration and production quality and safety of production to provide a solid guarantee.
