运动员总是想尽一切方法提高他们的身体素质和运动技能,故而,许多运动员常常受知名运动员的影响,其中包括他们的训练安排甚至特殊的膳食。但实际情况是,运动员的营养质要与常人无太大区别,认为修改一下基本合理的膳食就能提高运动员的运动技能是没有任何科学根据的,但如果膳食不合理,就可能影响身体素质。不同的营养食物以不同的形式组合都可以组成一份合理的膳食,但对某人来说是最佳的食物对他人来说就未必如此,个体差异不仅存在于味觉,也存在于各酶系
Athletes always try their best to improve their physical fitness and motor skills. Therefore, many athletes are often influenced by well-known athletes, including their training programs and even special meals. However, the actual situation is that athletes’ nutrition is not much different from that of ordinary people. It is not scientific basis to modify the basic and reasonable diet to improve the athletic skills of athletes. However, if the diet is unreasonable, the physical quality may be affected. Different nutritious foods in a combination of different forms can form a reasonable diet, but the best food for someone is not necessarily the case for others, individual differences exist not only in taste, but also in each enzyme system
