通过癌胚抗原单克隆抗体(CEAMcAb)免疫家兔获得CEAMcAb抗独特型抗体(Ab_2),Ab_2不但能竞争抑制CEAMcAb与大肠癌细胞HT-29的结合,而且诱导小鼠对大肠癌细胞HT-29的迟发性过敏反应。经过Ab_2免疫小鼠血清能和CEA反应,提示Ab_2能诱导抗CEA抗体(Ab_3)产生,而AB_3又可与CEA表达细胞大肠癌细胞HT~29反应。上述结果提示Ab_2中含有HT-20细胞相类似的抗原决定簇,具有模拟CEA的独特性。
The anti-idiotypic antibody (Ab_2) of CEAMcAb was obtained by immunization of rabbit with CEAMcAb. Ab_2 not only competitively inhibited the binding of CEAMcAb to HT-29, but also induced the growth of colon cancer cells HT-29 Delayed allergic reaction. Ab 2 immunized mice serum reacted with CEA, suggesting that Ab 2 could induce the production of anti-CEA antibody (Ab 3), while AB 3 could react with CEA-expressing colon cancer cells HT 29. The above results suggest that Ab_2 contains similar antigenic determinants of HT-20 cells and has the uniqueness of mimicking CEA.
