我和1931年出生的陈辽相识于1957年7月,地点在南京军区文化部文艺科办公室。那次相见,是陈辽应文艺科副科长、小说《柳堡的故事》(后拍成电影)作者胡石言邀请来交谈文艺评论工作。我当时在文艺科当记者,是胡石言副科长介绍我和陈辽相识。自此,我和陈辽常有来往,对他的了解逐步加深。我和他同是江苏海启人,同是1945年日本无条件投降前参加新四军,同在第三野战军参加多次作战行动,1955年同被授予大尉军衔,先后同在江苏作协工作过。因此,陈辽
