针对目前煤矿瓦斯有线及无线检测的实时可靠性不高、不便于携带等问题,提出了一种基于ZigBee技术的无线传感器网络(Wireless Sensor Networks,WSN)检测系统来实时准确地对矿井中的瓦斯含量进行检测,分析系统的构成,软、硬件结构,重点介绍了基于ZigBee模块JN5148的无线数据采集与传输系统,实现集采集、无线传输、声光报警于一体的监测系统,并且达到体积小、反应灵敏、可信度高、持久耐用等要求。
Aiming at the problems such as low real-time reliability and inconvenience of portable gas detection in coal mine, a wireless sensor network (WSN) detection system based on ZigBee technology is proposed to detect gas in coal mine in real time and accurately. Content, the structure, software and hardware structure of the system are analyzed. The wireless data acquisition and transmission system based on ZigBee module JN5148 is introduced emphatically. The monitoring system integrates acquisition, wireless transmission and sound and light alarm is realized, Responsive, credible, durable and other requirements.
