血红蛋白H病(下称Hb H病)在国内已屡有报道,但有关小儿Hb H病的专门报道尚少。据协作组各医院不完全统计,确诊为本病的小儿已逾200例,但其中半数以上为门诊病例。本文就临床资料比较完整的74例住院病例(其中中山医学院第二附属医院32例,广东省人民医院30例,中山医学院第一附属医院及广州市第一人民医院各6例)作一分析如下。
Hemoglobin H disease (hereinafter referred to as Hb H disease) has been repeatedly reported in China, but there are few reports about pediatric Hb H disease. According to incomplete statistics of the collaborating group hospitals, more than 200 cases of children diagnosed with the disease have been diagnosed, but more than half of them are outpatient cases. In this paper, a complete set of 74 cases of hospitalized cases (including Zhongshan Hospital Second Affiliated Hospital 32 cases, Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital 30 cases, Zhongshan Medical College First Affiliated Hospital and Guangzhou First People’s Hospital 6 cases) analyse as below.
