目的观察盐酸乌拉地尔治疗急性左心衰合并高血压的疗效。方法将急诊工作中所见38例急性左心衰合并高血压的患者随机分为两组:盐酸乌拉地尔组(治疗组)20例患者,硝酸甘油组(对照组)18例患者,治疗后观察两组疗效。结果治疗组与对照组的疗效比较差异有显著性。结论盐酸乌拉地尔治疗急性左心衰疗效确切,降压效果显著,患者耐受性好,于急救治疗中可以作为常用药物。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Urapidil hydrochloride in the treatment of acute left heart failure complicated with hypertension. Methods Thirty-eight acute left ventricular failure patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups: 20 patients in the urapidil hydrochloride group (treatment group) and 18 patients in the nitroglycerin group (control group). After treatment The two groups were observed. Results The treatment group and the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion Urapidil hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of acute left heart failure, and its antihypertensive effect is remarkable. The patients are well tolerated and can be used as common drugs in emergency treatment.
