目的探讨MMP-7和MMP-2在食管癌中的表达及其相互关联。方法采用RT-PCR方法检测MMP-7和MMP-2在60例食管癌组织及其相应癌旁组织中的表达。结果 MMP-7和MMP-2在癌组织中阳性率分别为90.0%(54/60)和91.7%(55/60),在其对应癌旁组织中的阳性率为48.3%(29/60)和65.0%(39/60)。通过RT-PCR半定量分析癌组织及其相应的癌旁组织中MMP-7和MMP-2的表达量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MMP-7的表达与肿瘤浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。MMP-2与MMP-7表达呈正相关。结论 MMP-7和MMP-2的表达可能与食管癌的早期进展和程度有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of MMP-7 and MMP-2 in esophageal cancer. Methods RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of MMP-7 and MMP-2 in 60 cases of esophageal cancer tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues. Results The positive rates of MMP-7 and MMP-2 in cancer tissues were 90.0% (54/60) and 91.7% (55/60), respectively. The positive rates of MMP-7 and MMP-2 in cancer tissues were 48.3% (29/60) And 65.0% (39/60). Semiquantitative analysis of MMP-7 and MMP-2 expression by RT-PCR in cancer tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues showed statistically significant difference (P <0.05). The expression of MMP-7 was correlated with tumor invasion depth and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-7 were positively correlated. Conclusion The expression of MMP-7 and MMP-2 may be related to the early stage and degree of esophageal cancer.
