对电镀废液回收加工制成品氢氧化镍中的非金属元素硫和磷的检测,现没有查到相关的报道,也没有相应国家标准和行业标准,本文详细研究了使用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱测定氢氧化镍中非金属元素硫和磷含量的各种仪器条件。样品直接溶解后可一次完成硫和磷的测定,方法简单快速,检出限低,线性范围宽,精密度好,可用于硫和磷同时测定。该方法的硫和磷检出限(3σ)分别为0.3mg/L、0.6mg/L,其相对标准偏差(RSD)小于2.5%,回收率98.8%~102.9%之间。
