为分析香蕉抗风育种的可行性,本综述分别对植物抗倒伏的机理、植物木质素的合成代谢与调控等方面的研究进展进行综述,对植物茎秆4-香豆酸:Co A连接酶基因的表达量、茎秆木质素含量与茎秆强度之间的关系进行分析,对香蕉抗风育种的可行性进行探讨。结果显示4-香豆酸:Co A连接酶位于木质素单体合成代谢的入口处,过量表达4-香豆酸:Co A连接酶基因很可能能够大幅提高香蕉假茎的木质素含量,进而增强香蕉假茎的抗风能力。香蕉是中国产量最大的热带水果。台风每年给中国香蕉生产带来巨大损失。分析香蕉抗风育种的可行性,进行抗风育种对于发展中国香蕉产业具有重要意义。通过提高4-香豆酸:Co A连接酶基因的表达量,增加香蕉假茎的木质素含量,进而增强香蕉假茎的抗风能力,培育香蕉抗风新品种,具有较高的参考价值。
In order to analyze the feasibility of windbreak breeding in banana, the review summarizes the mechanism of plant lodging resistance, the synthesis and regulation of plant lignin, and the research progress of the plant stem 4-coumarate: Co A ligase Gene expression, the relationship between stem lignin content and stalk strength, the feasibility of breeding banana wind resistance was discussed. The results showed that 4-coumarate: Co A ligase is located at the entrance of lignin monomelic metabolism. Over-expression of 4-coumarate: Co A ligase gene is likely to increase the lignin content of banana pseudostem, and thus Enhance the wind resistance of banana pseudostem. Banana is the largest tropical fruit in China. Typhoon brings huge losses to Chinese banana production every year. Analyze the feasibility of wind-resistant breeding banana, wind breeding for the development of China’s banana industry is of great significance. By improving the expression of 4-coumarate: Co A ligase gene, the lignin content of banana pseudostems was increased, the wind resistance of banana pseudostems was enhanced, and the new banana-resistant cultivars were also cultivated, which is of high reference value.
