2009年8月,从烟台大学毕业后,我来到肥城市石横镇泉胜村担任党支部书记助理,成为了大学生村官队伍中的一员。进村第二个月,村里为了改变单一的种植模式、增加群众收入,决定引进拱棚技术,发展设施农业。由于以前村里没人干过这个,群众的积极性不高。起初我也怀疑这个项目能不能挣到钱,但在跟随村干部实地考察、走访了解后,我有了信心,决定承包土地建大棚。父母听说我的想法后很支持,给了我2万元作为启动资金,叮嘱我“想当好村官,先做个合格的农民”。
In August 2009, after graduating from Yantai University, I came to Quansheng Village, Shiheng Town, Feicheng City to serve as assistant secretary of the party branch and became a member of the college student village official team.
