目前国内小水电站进水口多采用固定式拦污栅,这种拦污栅的主要优点是设计施工简单,造价低。但这种拦污栅在运行中清污工作繁重,工人操作不便,往往由于清污不及时,被污物堵塞,水头损失增大。特别对于大流量低水头电站,因水头损失增加,机组出力不足,直接影响电站的经济效益。对引水渠上的固定式拦污栅,常因清污不及时,致使渠水漫堤,发生渠堤塌方事故。通过研究分析部分水电站拦污栅在运行中的实际情况和存在问题,设计出了适应小水电站特点的缆绳式回转清污机。
At present, the inlet of small hydropower stations in China adopts a fixed trash rack. The main advantage of this trash rack is that the design and construction are simple and the cost is low. However, this trash rack in the operation of clean-up work is heavy, the workers inconvenience, often due to cleaning is not timely, was blocked by dirt, the head loss increases. Especially for large flow and low head hydropower station, due to the increase of head loss, the output of the unit is insufficient, which will directly affect the economic benefits of the hydropower station. Often, the fixed trash rack on the diversion canal is often not cleaned in time, resulting in canal overflowing the embankment and causing the collapse of the canal embankment. By studying and analyzing the actual situation and existing problems of trash rack in some hydropower stations during operation, a cable rotary cleaner was designed to adapt to the characteristics of small hydropower station.
