目的分析人性化护理在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法抽取2015年1月至2016年1月在我院实施手术的120例作为研究对象,按数字表法分为常规组和人性化组,常规组56例,人性化组64例,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果人性化组焦虑和抑郁评分均低于常规组,而护理质量评分高于常规组,且对护理工作满意度%高于常规组%,与常规组相比,存在统计学才差异(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理中,实施人性化护理能够改善患者的焦虑抑郁情况,减少患者术中应激反应的发生,提高了患者对护理工作满意度,适合在临床中应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in operating room nursing. Methods 120 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as subjects and divided into routine group and humane group according to digital table method. There were 56 cases in conventional group and 64 cases in humanized group. Patient care effect. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the humanized group were lower than those in the conventional group, while the scores of nursing quality were higher than those in the conventional group, and the percentage of satisfaction with the nursing work was higher than that of the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the operating room nursing, the implementation of humanized nursing can improve the patients’ anxiety and depression, reduce the incidence of intraoperative stress response, improve patient satisfaction with nursing work, and be suitable for clinical application.
