针对堤防与山体滑坡抢险工程需求,开展基于挖掘机作业平台的螺旋锚安装设备研制,将螺旋锚快速加固技术与常规工程施工中的挖掘机结合起来,开发出既可整坡,又可锚固的施工设备,实现一机多能。基于小型挖掘机作业平台,研制LX-4型螺旋锚安装装备,实际应用表明,该设备具有快速反应和适应恶劣工况的能力,可提高施工速度,减少所需施工人员数量。
In view of the needs of embankment and landslide rescue project, the company developed the screw anchor installation equipment based on the excavator work platform, combined the rapid reinforcement technology of screw anchor with the excavator in the conventional engineering construction, and developed both the whole slope and the anchor Construction equipment, to achieve a multi-functional machines. Based on the small excavator working platform, the LX-4 type screw anchor installation equipment was developed. The practical application shows that the equipment has the ability to react quickly and adapt to harsh conditions, which can increase the construction speed and reduce the number of construction workers required.
