Identification and characterization of specific antigen expression in schistosomiasis helps to better understand the biology of parasite and host-parasite interactions. The author of a specific antigen expression of Schistosoma mansoni cDNA clones were identified and characterization. Schistosoma mansoni recombinant lambda gt11 cDNA library was screened with Swiss mouse serums infected with 250 S. mansoni cercariae for 1-7 weeks.
