Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with alpine rheumatoid arthritis. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group was significantly higher than 76.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were significant differences in joint pain and joint tenderness between the two groups after treatment (P <0.01), but no significant difference in joint function grading (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in ESR and CRP between the two groups after treatment P <0.01). Adverse reactions in group 2 were safety evaluation criteria 2, does not affect the efficacy of observation; 2 groups before and after treatment, liver function, kidney function difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion Integrative treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with rheumatoid arthritis effect is good, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory indicators. Worthy of clinical application.
