从 1 991年开始 ,利用60 Coγ射线对 30个中国大豆品种进行处理 ,通过南繁北育 1 0代的个体选育 ,已育成 30余个大豆辐射品系。其中中作 96 5、中作 96 2、中作973、中作M1 5和中作M1 7产量性状表现较好。同时对大豆品质进行了筛选 ,含油量超过 2 2 %的有 3份。其中中作 397 2含油量达 2 3 52 % ,348 4粗蛋白含量在47 6 7% ;对 30个大豆品系分析了再生能力和研究了对农杆菌的敏感性 ,发现黑农35、黑农 37、Throne和中作 97再生能力较强。
Beginning in 1991, 30 Chinese soybean cultivars were treated with 60 Co γ-rays and more than 30 soybean radiation lines have been bred through breeding individuals from the South Fan-Bei-Yu 10 generation. Among them, Zhongshang 96 5, Zhong 96 2, Zhong 973, Zhong 5 5 and Zhong 7 as M1 7 performed well. At the same time, the quality of soybeans was screened, with 3 servings containing more than 22% oil. Among them, the oil content of Zhong 377 2 was 2 32.2% and the content of crude protein of 348 4 was 47 6 7%. The regeneration ability of 30 soybean cultivars was analyzed and the sensitivity to Agrobacterium was also studied. It was found that Heinong 35 and Heinong 37, Throne and 97 in the regeneration of a stronger ability.
