跟蔡江南教授合作是几年前的事情了。那会儿,他在大学、咨询公司和政府部门已从事了多年卫生经济和卫生政策的教学、研究和咨询工作,还参与了中国新医改方案的研究工作。时隔5年,在中欧国际工商学院北京校园演讲厅见到蔡教授,他正参与举办一场充满影响力的学术盛宴——2012第八届中国健康产业高峰论坛。此时他对于中国医改的关注,已经处在深水区。本刊记者也与他进行了更为深入的对话。
Cooperation with Professor Cai Jiangnan was a few years ago. At that moment, he had been teaching, researching and consulting for many years in health economics and health policy at universities, consulting firms and government departments. He also participated in the research work on new medical reform programs in China. After a lapse of 5 years, I met Professor Cai at the Beijing University Lecture Hall of the China Europe International Business School. He is participating in hosting an influential academic feast - the Eighth China Health Industry Summit 2012. At this time, he was concerned about the medical reform in China, already in the Sham Shui Po area. Journal correspondents also conducted a more in-depth dialogue with him.
