我国法学本科教育案例教学中存在着教学案例的设计不够精细、师生角色扮演方面难以进入案例教学要求的状态等主要问题,应当通过建立案例教学库、缩小班级规模、摆正角色定位并拓宽案例教学平台等方法完善我国的法学案例教学。
There are some main problems in the teaching of law undergraduate education in our country such as the design of teaching cases is not fine enough and the teachers and students are hard to enter the status of the case teaching in role-playing.
