目的:检测烤瓷冠修复前、戴临时冠后1周龈沟液量及AST、ALP活性、内毒素含量,评价临时冠对牙周组织的影响。方法:选择需要制作烤瓷冠的患者30例,分别于修复前、戴临时冠1周、提取其龈沟液检测质量及AST、ALP活性及内毒素含量,分析龈沟液的质量及AST、ALP活性及内毒素含量变化,评估临时冠对牙周组织的影响。结果:戴临时冠1周时龈沟液量、AST、ALP及内毒素量均高于牙体预备前。结论:戴临时冠1周时龈沟液量、AST、ALP及内毒素量均增高;提示临时冠制作材料和方法均需要进一步探讨。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of temporary crowns on the periodontal tissues before the restoration of porcelain crowns with gingival crevicular fluid, AST, ALP activity and endotoxin content 1 week after temporary crowns. Methods: Thirty patients who needed to make porcelain crowns were enrolled in this study. The gingival crevicular fluid (GCF), AST, ALP activity and endotoxin content were extracted before restoration and 1 week respectively. The quality of GCF and AST, ALP activity and endotoxin content changes to assess the impact of temporary crown on the periodontal tissue. Results: The amount of gingival crevicular fluid, AST, ALP and endotoxin levels were all higher than those before tooth preparation when temporarily crowned for 1 week. Conclusions: Gingival crevicular fluid volume, AST, ALP and endotoxin levels were all increased at the first week of wearing temporary crown. It is suggested that the material and method of temporary crown production should be further explored.
