我厂碱性电弧炉一台,容量为3t,出钢量为5t。年平均单位耗电量830度以上。结合生产条件采用了10项节电措施,电耗大幅度下降。一、配料与布料:炉料配碳一般可根据废钢的锈蚀程度和熔化过程中碳的烧损而定。熔毕碳一般高出成品规格上限0.25~0.45%,即能保证脱碳量0.25%以上,有效的缩短了冶炼时间。
