岳化总厂按照集团公司有关“归口管理、集中采购、统一储备”的物资供应体制改革目标,打破下属工厂、单位各自为政的物资采购供应旧格局,创建归口集中统一管理的新体制。新的物资采购供应管理体制运行一年多来,完成物资供应总额7.08亿元,货物供应品种5万多个,节约采购成本8400多万元。同时,为该厂推进销售、财务等体制改革积累了经验。
