近年来 ,在随着市场经济发展而蓬勃兴起的联托运市场中 ,流氓违法犯罪活动相当严重 ,并出现了以获取经济利益为目的或以经济活动为借口 ,向黑社会势力演变等新特点。经济利益冲突、市场管理机制不完善、国家法律法规不健全等是这一违法犯罪现象得以形成的主要原因。为有效遏制和及时打击这一违法犯罪活动 ,必须提高认识、加强领导 ,落实责任、齐抓共管 ,并坚持露头就打的方针 ,不使其形成气候
In recent years, the rogue criminal activities have become quite serious in the joint-stock market where the market economy has been booming. There are new features such as the evolution of triad forces under the pretext of obtaining economic benefits or economic activities.
