采用有限元方法对不锈钢焊接工字形截面轴心受压构件的局部稳定性能进行深入研究,根据现有的相关试验数据对所建立的有限元模型的准确性进行验证,基于验证可靠的非线性有限元数值模型,对不锈钢材料力学性能、构件局部几何初始缺陷和焊接残余应力等关键参数进行分析,得到了覆盖面较广的计算结果。结合所得的数值计算结果和现有的试验数据,对欧洲不锈钢结构设计规范EN 1993-1-4中的宽厚比限值和有效宽度计算公式进行评估,在此基础上提出针对加劲板件与非加劲板件的局部屈曲宽厚比限值和屈曲后强度修正计算公式。
Finite element method was used to deeply study the local stability of welded I-section axial compression members of stainless steel. The accuracy of the established finite element model was verified based on the existing relevant test data. Based on the meta-model, the key parameters such as the mechanical properties of stainless steel, the initial geometrical initial defects of the components, and the welding residual stress were analyzed, and the calculation results of a wider coverage were obtained. Combining the numerical calculation results obtained and the existing experimental data, the European-wide stainless steel structural design specification EN 1993-1-4, the width-thickness ratio limit and the effective width calculation formula were evaluated.
