Objective: To investigate the relationship between the performance of hand X-ray and clinical features in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: Sixty cases of RA patients with complete clinical data were examined by X-ray examination of both hands and divided into 32 cases (group 1) according to the stage I X-ray manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis, which met the requirements of rheumatoid arthritis stage II and above 28 patients (group 2) were divided into two groups according to the clinical indexes of rheumatoid factor (RF), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein (CRP) and joint swelling in patients with rheumatoid arthritis , As well as evaluation of the correlation between the imaging Sharp score and clinical indicators. Results: The RF, ESR, CRP and joint swelling in the two groups were significantly higher than those in the first group (P <0.05). The scores of the two groups were significantly different from those of ESR, CRP, RF, There were correlations between them. The values of r and P were r = 0.414 and P = 0.001 respectively; r = 0.481 and P = 0.000; r = 0.333 and P = 0.009; r = 0.261 and P = 0.044 respectively. Conclusion: Patients with stage Ⅱ and above rheumatoid arthritis showed significantly higher RF, ESR, CRP and joint swelling than those with stage Ⅰ X-ray manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis. The scores of Sharp, RF, ESR, CRP and joint swelling were A certain correlation, indicating that RF, ESR, CRP and joint swelling on the prognosis of rheumatoid arthritis have a predictive effect.
