随着省教育厅对中小学教师参加教育教学科研课题研究要求(关乎教师职称评定)的发布,我市中小学课题研究呈现出前所未有的热烈景象,不过,在组织课题研究时笔者发现,有教师申报课题不是为了研究,也不为了改进自身的教学实践,只是为了职称评审或者应付任务,有不少做课题的教师,甚至没有体验过策划、设计、查阅文献、收集资料、调查访谈、归纳探究、交流分享及结题展示等课题研究过程。当前课题研究过程中存在以下问题:
