为了更准确地计算工期变更后的费用增减,拟采用关键线路法(CPM)和计划评审技术(PERT)对合同投标文件的网络计划进行分析,计算非承包商原因造成的工期延误时间,得到实际有效工期。根据收集的工期、投标报价、实际结算以及进度数据,利用数学模型技术(MMT)建立他们之间的模型关系并检验,若该模型成立,则计算出的费用即为非承包商原因造成的工期延误索赔费用。这种量化的计算方法更具科学性,可以减少合同双方争议,可供工程实际参考。
