目的 为保障新征兵源质量 ,防止“心病”入伍 ,我市首次将心理问题列入今年新兵入伍重点检查项目。方法 采用精神卫生自评量表 ( SCL-90 )进行测量 ,与中国常模进行比较。结果 SCL-90各项症状量表均分及总分均低于全国常模( P<0 .0 5 ) ,以因子≥ 3判定有心理障碍 ,发生率为 1 .0 5~ 9.31 % ,频率较高的项目有人际关系、强迫、抑郁、敌对、焦虑、恐怖 ,其中 4例明显异常占 0 .6 %。结论 应征入伍人员素质较好 ,但新征入伍人员到部队后应注意人际关系改善 ,减少焦虑 ,敌对态度 ,生动活泼 ,才能发挥个人才干。同时 SCL-90在保障兵源质量上有着重要意义
Purpose To ensure the quality of the new recruits and to prevent the “heart disease” enlisted, the municipality has for the first time put the psychological problems in the key inspections of recruits this year. Methods Mental health self-rating scale (SCL-90) was used to measure and compare with Chinese norm. Results The scores of SCL-90 symptom scores were lower than those of national norms (P <0.05). The incidence of psychological disorders was 1. 3 5% The higher items included interpersonal relationships, coercion, depression, hostility, anxiety, and horror. Of these, 4 were clearly abnormal and accounted for 0.6%. Conclusions The quality of candidates for enlistment is better. However, after newly recruited enlisted personnel should pay attention to improving interpersonal relationships, reducing anxiety and hostility and being lively and vivid, they should play their individual talents.
