在去年的大跃进中,广泛而深入地开展了技术革命运动。生产的增长突飞猛进,一跃再跃,旧的劳动定额不断被突破。群众的干劲冲天,不计报酬的共产主义劳动态度高涨。在这样的形势下,以劳动定额为基础的计酬方法——计件工资制,已不能完全适应客观的要求。因此,一部分企业取消了计件工资制,或者缩小了计件面。这是适当的和必要的。群众性的自觉自愿的倡议取消计件工资制,这表明我国工人阶级共产主义觉悟的空前高涨。
During last year’s Great Leap Forward, the technical revolution movement was extensively and deeply held. The growth of production has soared by leaps and bounds and the old labor quotas have been constantly being broken. The morale of the masses and the rise of communist labor without remuneration have risen. Under such circumstances, the wage-based wage-based wage-compensation system can no longer completely meet the objective requirements.
