本文采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实验法和数理统计等方法,以运动技能迁移理论为依据,采用问卷、课堂观察、测评等多种途径,对健美操专项学生在艺术体操学习中运动技能迁移的效应进行了实验研究。本研究旨在运用量化指标对健美操专项学生在艺术体操学习过程中运动技能迁移的效应进行实验研究,提出促进技能间的积极性迁移,防止或减少消极性迁移相应的策略及建议,为提高教学质量和效率提供依据。
