目的建立鸡血藤药材质量评价的方法。方法采用HPLC测定了23批不同产地鸡血藤药材样品中原儿茶酸、表儿茶素、大豆苷元、毛蕊异黄酮、染料木素、异甘草素等6种指标成分的含量,并考察了醇溶性浸出物、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分及水分等药材常规理化实验项目。结果鸡血藤药材指标成分含量和常规实验项目测定结果表明,所测23批不同产地鸡血藤药材间存在差异,指标成分以表儿茶素、异甘草素含量较高。结论本实验为鸡血藤药材质量的评价提供参考。
Objective To establish a method for evaluating the quality of Millettia medicinal materials. Methods The contents of protocatechuic acid, epicatechin, daidzein, calycosin, genistein and isoliquiritigenin in 23 batches of samples from different habitats were determined by HPLC. Solubility leachables, total ash, acid insoluble ash and moisture and other medicinal physicochemical experimental items. RESULTS: The content of the components of Millettia sinensis and the determination results of routine experimental items showed that there were differences among the 23 batches of samples collected from different habitats, and the content of epicatechin and isoliquiritigenin were higher. Conclusion This experiment provides a reference for the evaluation of the quality of Millettia sinensis medicinal materials.
