A university professor who was admitted to a hospital because of diabetes, this professor went outside without permission and suddenly fell to the ground halfway, unconscious. When a person sees the situation and wants to be rescued, but I do not know what the old man is, he has to scream “120” for treatment. When he arrives at “120,” when he is sent to another hospital, the doctor can hardly determine the condition until the diagnosis is confirmed. After the correct treatment is performed, the elderly are no longer available.... Thus it can be seen that when the patient is dying, the medical staff can understand and master the patient’s past disease information as soon as possible, and how important it is to properly handle the valuable emergency time. .
