为了学习贯彻党的十五大精神,深化职业教育教学改革,在我省职业教育工作重点从硬件建设(教学基本建设)转入内涵建设和提高教育教学质量的时期,根据省教育学院职教部1998年工作要点中《关于开展全省职业高中(职教中心学校)执行“专业教学计划”和“教学规程”情况的调查》要求,制定了《关于进行职业高中(职教中心学校)教学基本情况调查方案》,对我省职业高中(职教中心学校)教学过程中存在的一些重要问题及主要现象进行了调查研究。通过凋查,了解和掌握了目前我省职业高中(职教中心学校)教学基本情况及有关其他方面的基本状况。 一、调查目的及方式 1.调查目的 在“科教兴省,职教先行”、“科教兴市,职教奠基”这一我省“九·五”期间改革和发展职业教育的指导思想下,全面了解和掌握我省职业高中(职教中心学校)的教学基本情况和面临的主要问题,为提出《加强教学管理,深化教学改革的意见》提供必要的依据。 2.调查内容 主要包括专业设置及专任教师(含文化课、专业课及实习指导教师)基本情况;骨干专业教学计划实际执行情况及对省发专业教学计划的意见和要求;英语(或俄、日语)课程开设及其教师情况;专业课教材使用情况;专业实验室建设及其使用情况;近两年来实施学生专业技能训练及考核的基本情况等。 3.
