目的了解小型工业企业工人的心理健康状况及影响因素。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法,调查广州市20家小型工业企业工人1 896人,运用逐步回归分析筛选影响小企业工人心理健康的因素。结果小企业工人SCL-90量表各因子得分均高于国内常模(P<0.01),多因素分析显示,影响小企业工人心理健康的因素主要为工作年限、年龄、文化程度、每日劳动时间、工种性质、烟酒嗜好、是否患有慢性疾病。结论小型工业企业工人心理健康状况处于较低水平,除了改善工作环境外,政府部门应重点关注对小企业工人的心理疏导、社会支持等方面的工作。
Objective To understand the mental health and influencing factors of workers in small industrial enterprises. Methods A simple random sampling method was used to investigate 1,896 workers in 20 small-scale industrial enterprises in Guangzhou. The factors influencing the mental health of small-scale workers were screened by stepwise regression analysis. Results The scores of SCL-90 in small-scale workers were all higher than those in the domestic norm (P <0.01). Multivariate analysis showed that the main factors influencing the mental health of small-scale workers were working years, age, education, daily work Time, type of work, alcohol and tobacco preferences, whether suffering from chronic diseases. Conclusion The mental health of workers in small-scale industrial enterprises is at a low level. Apart from improving the working environment, government departments should pay close attention to the work of psychological counseling and social support for small-scale workers.
