对湖北省谷城县目标妇女的县、乡、村及妇幼保健基本情况、传播渠道资源、婴幼儿辅食添加相关知识、态度和行为进行调查。结果表明 :她们的辅食添加知识知晓率和行为形成率均低 ,如 6 0 %以上的人不知道从4~ 6个月就应该给孩子添加辅食 ,4~ 6个月开始添加辅食的人只有 40 % ,每天进餐 5~ 6次的为 15 %。具有丰富的大众传播和人际传播资源 ,受多种因素影响 ,她们接受卫生保健知识教育的机会不多。目标人群比较喜欢的传播途径是村医和电视。
Investigate the basic conditions of county, township and village women, maternal and child health care, resources of communication channels, and the supplementary knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of infant and young children’s food supplement in Gucheng County, Hubei Province. The results showed that their awareness of complementary food supplement knowledge and behavior formation rate are low, such as 60% of people do not know from 4 to 6 months should be added to children’s complementary food, 4 to 6 months to add supplementary food only people 40%, 5 to 6 times a day to 15%. It has many resources for mass communication and interpersonal communication and is affected by many factors. There is not much chance for them to receive knowledge on health care. The preferred route of transmission for target groups is village doctors and television.
