本文介绍了安装于四川白马发电厂的煤粉炉上的热管式空气预热器试验台的试验研究情况,燃用煤种为华莹山贫煤(W~f=1.70~2.41%,A =33.56%,S =0.54~0.64%,Q_(DW)~y=18840kJ/kg)。笔者对热管式空预器与管式空预器进行了传热、积灰、流阻及壁温控制的对比试验,并根据试验数据分析了热管式空预器的腐蚀、磨损、漏风等若干问题,确定了热管式空预器有关参数选择的初步原则,并论证了它用于电站锅炉的技术可行性。
This paper introduces the experimental research on the heat pipe air preheater test bench installed on the pulverized coal stove of Baima Power Plant in Sichuan Province. The coal used for combustion is Huayingshan lean coal (W f = 1.70-2.41%, A = 33.56%, S = 0.54 to 0.64%, Q_ (DW) to y = 18840 kJ / kg). The author compares the heat transfer, fouling, flow resistance and wall temperature control of the heat pipe air preheater and the tubular air preheater. Based on the experimental data, the author analyzes the corrosion, wear and air leakage of the heat pipe air preheater Problem, the primary principle of the parameter selection of the heat pipe air preheater is confirmed, and the technical feasibility of the method is proved for the power station boiler.
