为探明适合山西地区种植荞麦的高产优质栽培技术,以晋荞6号(苦荞)和晋荞1号(甜荞)为材料,采用3个播期(主区)和3个播量(裂区)的二因素裂区试验,研究不同播期和播量对荞麦产量,蛋白质、淀粉及总黄酮含量的影响。结果表明,播期对晋荞6号的产量、蛋白质含量和总黄酮含量及晋荞1号的产量和淀粉含量有不同程度的影响;播量对两个品种的产量、蛋白质含量和淀粉含量及晋荞6号的总黄酮含量有不同程度的影响。随着播期的延迟,两个品种的产量均呈先上升后下降的趋势,蛋白质和总黄酮含量均呈下降的趋势;随着播量的增加,两个品种的蛋白质含量及晋荞6号的产量和总黄酮含量呈下降趋势,晋荞1号产量先上升后下降。6月4日播种、22.5kg/hm~2播量的晋荞6号产量(3 498.60kg/hm~2)表现最好,但5月28日播种、22.5kg/hm~2播量的蛋白质(11.94%)和总黄酮含量(1.83%)表现最佳。6月4日播种、45kg/hm~2播量的晋荞1号产量(1 705.80kg/hm~2)表现最好,但5月28日播种、37.5kg/hm~2播量的蛋白质含量(11.86%)表现最佳。相关性分析结果表明,晋荞6号的产量与其蛋白质、淀粉含量呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),晋荞1号的产量与其蛋白质含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。
