本文探讨了企业长期、年度、短期三种计划的综合平衡工作,着重指出了年度专业计划间的相互关系和做好以生产计划为中心的物质、组织平衡,以质量、品种为中心的技术组织措施平衡以及降低成本、增加利润、加速资金周转为中心,提高经济效果的平衡工作主要内容。结合企业工作实践,归纳了搞好企业计划综合平衡工作的十二条体会。
