背景:癌症患者术后放疗可能对种植体固位产生不利影响。目的:观察~(60)Co放射及微量元素锌对钛种植体固位强度的影响。方法:选择成年雄性家兔36只,双侧胫骨近心端各置入1枚钛种植体,建立钛种植体动物模型,随机分为对照组、补锌组、放疗组和放疗补锌组。补锌组动物肌注10 g/L硫酸锌,4 mg/kg,1次/d;对照组给予相同剂量的生理盐水;放疗组动物种植部位给予45 Gy的~(60)Co照射并肌注生理盐水;放疗补锌组给予~(60)Co照射的同时补锌。分别于术后1,4,12周处死动物,测量并比较各组钛种植体固位强度。结果与结论:1补锌能够使种植体获得更高的固位强度,并且在术后4周达到较高水平;2~(60)Co照射可以显著抑制种植体固位强度,~(60)Co照射后补锌仍可以提升种植体固位强度;3结果提示,放疗术后适量的补锌能够减轻放疗对种植体固位的不利影响。
Background: Postoperative radiotherapy in cancer patients may adversely affect implant retention. Objective: To observe the effect of ~ (60) Co emission and trace element zinc on the retention strength of titanium implants. Methods: Thirty-six adult male rabbits were selected. One titanium implant was implanted into proximal end of bilateral tibia. Animal models of titanium implant were established and randomly divided into control group, zinc supplementation group, radiotherapy group and radiotherapy zinc supplementation group. The animals in the zinc-supplementing group were injected intramuscularly with 10 g / L zinc sulfate, 4 mg / kg, once a day, while the control group were given the same dose of saline. The irradiated animals received 45 Gy of 60 Co irradiation Saline; Radiotherapy Zinc group given ~ (60) Co irradiation at the same time Zinc. The animals were sacrificed at 1, 4, 12 weeks after operation respectively, and the retention strength of titanium implants in each group was measured and compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: 1 Zinc supplementation can achieve higher retention strength of implants and reach a higher level at 4 weeks after operation. 2 ~ (60) Co irradiation can significantly inhibit the retention strength of implant, After irradiation, zinc supplementation can still improve implant retention strength; 3 results suggest that appropriate amount of zinc after radiotherapy can reduce the negative impact of radiotherapy on implant retention.
