砷、硒、碲、锑、锡、锗及铅等元素的氢化物,在常温下呈气态、具有热稳定性差、分解温度低等特性。近年来不少文献报道氢化物-原子吸收法测定上述元素的方法。文献提出了同心双毛细管喷雾器,把同时喷入的两种溶液在喷口处生成的氢化物直接引入空气-乙炔焰。吴廷照研制一种新型氢化物发生器,结构简单,灵敏度也有所改善。我们使用两台SYB-Z输液泵,将试样溶液和硼氢化钾溶液同时输入气-液分离器,以氩载气把氢化物引至ICP炬内。经过近千份发样的测试,证明它具有结构简单、测试结果精确,同时检出限也获得了很大改善。
Hydrides of arsenic, selenium, tellurium, antimony, tin, germanium and lead are gaseous at room temperature, have poor thermal stability and low decomposition temperature. In recent years, many articles reported hydrides - atomic absorption method for the determination of these elements. The literature proposes a concentric double capillary tube nebulizer that introduces the hydrides formed at the spout of two solutions injected simultaneously into the air-acetylene flame. Wu Tingzhao developed a new type of hydride generator with simple structure and improved sensitivity. We use two SYB-Z infusion pumps, the sample solution and potassium borohydride solution simultaneously into the gas-liquid separator to argon carrier gas to lead hydride ICP torch. After nearly a thousand hair samples of the test, it shows that it has a simple structure, the test results are accurate, while the detection limit has also been greatly improved.
